Forti del Vento is a collaboration of three friends, Marco Tacchino, Manuela Murchio, and Tomaso Armento. They are Piemontese born and bred, inheriting their grandparents’ passion and discipline to work and protect the vineyards, and express it in the cellar. Forti del Vento refers to strength and lightness; the matter and the spirit. They farm organically and biodynamically, with ample biodiversity throughout their 5 hectares of vineyards in Piemonte’s Alto Monferrato, north of Liguria.

They have worked hard to restore and recover old terraced Dolcetto vineyards, as well as cultivating Barbera, Chardonnay, Cortese, Albarossa, and Nibiö.
