Based in Villevenard, Vallé de la Marne, the Nominé family's sustainably farmed vineyards extend over 20 hectares spread over the slopes of Petit Morin, Sézannais, and the Marne valley.

Grau currently oversees 26 ha of vineyards in DOQ Priorat – DO Montsant. The vineyards are at varying elevations with llicorella (slate), chalky clay and pebbly decomposed granite.

Las Moradas de San Martín was founded in 1999 with the intention to recover old vines from Garnacha and also Albillo Real, a white variety traditionally grown in the area but now rarely found.

Giuseppe Latorraca's family have farmed the vineyards in the village of Venosa since the early 1900s, selling the grapes and wines to locals and cooperatives. Terra de Asorei is a family winery from Galicia with more than 60 hectares of albariño vineyards in the Salnés Valley in the Rías Baixas region.

The history of Bodegas Y Viñedos de Gómez Cruzado goes back to 1886, when Ángel Gómez de Arteche, a relative of the Duke of Moctezuma, descendant of the Aztec Emperor Moctezuma II, decided to trade with La Rioja wines and settled in Haro’s Barrio de la Estación, the historic heart of Rioja.

In 1996, winemaker Alvaro Espinoza and his family planted two acres of vines around their home in Maipo. In 2003, they planted their El Escorial estate in the rocky volcanic / basaltic soils of the Andean foothills with over 25 acres organic / biodynamic vines at 500m.
