From select vineyards in the villages of Neive, and Alba, and vines 28-36 years, this youthful red was fermented and aged in stainless before moving to oak for 14 months’ rest. Fragrant raspberries, cherries flood a juicy palate, rung with long, finely grippy tannins and scented with crushed florals through the lingering savoury herbal finish. Very pure, drinking well now and over the next few years.
