Hard to be more natural than Aphros' founder and winemaker Vasco Croft. This biodynamic, sparkling split of Loureiro and Arinto was fermented in stainless, finishing in bottle, and disgorged after 3 months. Crisp and bone dry, with ample lime pith and peel, lemon blossom, tart citrus, and melon. Very bright and lifted, with a great buzzy finish.
