Restless River is in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, situated in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley appellation, with vineyards at an altitude reaching 1200ft, only 5km from the cold South Atlantic Ocean, near the town of Hermanus, 100km from the southern tip of the African continent.

A global affair, husband and wife team Mick (Aussie) and Jeanine (South African) met while working at a winery in Sonoma before returning to Stellenbosch to source fruit for their natural wines.
